"e-Coupons" ...

"e-Coupons" are a discount that is offered to people who contract your services after visiting your website.  For example, a person visits your website, contacts your company and receives a bid, then informs you that they had visited your website and shows you the "e-Coupon" that they printed from your website page.  You then deduct that discount from the bid offer.

You can encourage prior customers to advertise your website by sending them a letter stating that if they recommend a new customer to your website, and that person uses an "e-Coupon" with the prior customer's name and work order number (or other applicable identifier), then the prior customer shall receive an appropriate gratuity for making the referral.
