Initial consultations and discussions are not charged.

The cost of a given website design is based on the user's requirements.  Rates for website maintenance (that is, periodic changes to the website) are dependent upon whether a retainer fee has been paid, or whether work is to be done on an hourly basis.  The charge to our customer for work done to meet a baselined set of requirements shall never exceed the agreed upon price.  Changes to the requirements shall, generally speaking, affect the price.
